Application & Product Support

We are looking for a Application & Product Support to support the implementation and usage of our medical diagnostic instruments. This role involves close collaboration with customers, providing technical training, troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal instrument performance in the field. You will serve as a key technical resource bridging our product capabilities with customer needs.

Tanggung jawab

• Provide post-installation training and technical guidance to customers
• Support application troubleshooting and respond to technical inquiries
• Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist in instrument validation, demo, and evaluation processes
• Deliver periodic refresher training to existing users
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and clinical applications

Persyaratan

• Background in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
• Experience with laboratory instruments or medical devices preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
