Our story
Behind every sample is an important medical decision. Mutual builds on the experience of two licensed medical device distributors: PT Mutual Medica, in Semarang since 2009, and PT Mutual Bahtera Santoso, in Surabaya since 2021. To us, distribution is not just delivering goods; it is part of safeguarding the quality of testing.

PT Mutual Medica is established in Semarang and begins its medical device distribution journey.

PT Mutual Bahtera Santoso is established in Surabaya, strengthening Mutual’s operational base.
